Director Maboko (Pty) Ltd is an African multimedia and publishing company based in South Africa.
The company was established in 2017 by a multimedia professional Maboko Romeo Maboko in
partnership with Sandra Maake and Khorommbi Mphaphuli. We are young African entrepreneurs,
collaborated to make a difference in our society.
We specialise in developing and producing high quality production in form of music production,
photography, film, video production and publishing. We ideate and deliver iconic digital products
and services that elevate our clients and the audience experience. We thrive to see creatives work
together in bringing African stories to life by Africans directors and producers.
Our Mission is to open doors to young creatives living in Africa with passion and love for music,
acting, and the digital space, helping them to reach their goals by working with them to produce
high quality content and create opportunities that can elevate the industry and our communities.
Our marketing department market our product with an aim to reach international and compete in
the global world.
Our Vision is to become an Icon and inspirational media company to young and old African by true
African stories that everyone can relate to through art and creativity and opening doors to the
industry.

DIRECTORS
Maboko Romeo Maboko, is the former president at Mphaphuli High School, a professional
multimedia graduate from University of Johannesburg and as well as former editor at Mannequin
Pictures. During his time as an editor he edited an edition of a comedy show ‘Roast Battle’ for
a television network Comedy Central Africa, which inspired him to start his own production.
Having more than five years of production experience working with various productions, such
as the production and directing of Bushoke's music video project tiled "Mr Dj"
his partner Sandra Maake got inspired and the two collaborated in starting and running a
production company.
Sandra Maake, a BCOM in Chartered Accountancy degree from North West University, is a Co-
Founder/Director at Director Maboko (Pty) Ltd. In 2013 she took the spotlight as a model, with a
record of more than 10 shows appearance for Kingdom management ramp shows. During her
modelling days, she worked with different creatives and has gained vast experience in the fashion
industry which inspired and influenced her participation in the entertainment business. Together
with Maboko Romeo, Sandra Maake has produced few short films and music videos.
Khorommbi Mphaphuli, a Co-Owner of Haggai Combined Private School is an entrepreneur, investor,
and an Executive Director at Director Maboko (Pty) Ltd. Realising the need for service delivery in
the African entertainment business, he sought for participation and investments that enhance and
expand the Venda media industry.
